Exception allows Ruiz to put 3 belts up vs. Joshua

Instead of a mandatory IBF defense against Kubrat Pulev, heavyweight Andy Ruiz Jr. has received an exception to allow him to put all three of his belts on the line against former champ Anthony Joshua.
